Program
The conference program will include a range of presentation and
exchange formats including keynotes, parallel sessions, poster sessions
and open-space plenary/workshops. Keynotes will last 40 minutes
followed by 20 minutes of discussion. Other talks will last 20 minutes
followed by 7 minutes of discussion and will be presented in parallel
sessions of no more than three papers simultaneously. Both keynotes and
talks will be audiovisual (e.g. with Powerpoint software). Posters will
be standard DIN-A0 size and will be presented during sessions that are
dedicated to posters (i.e. not in parallel with another event). Posters
will remain prominently on display throughout the conference in the
same area as registration and refreshments.
Recreational
events will include an opening reception and a concert. The conference
will conclude with a forest walk, a dinner at the restaurant Häuserl
in Wald
and an opportunity to attend the Multikultiball,
the annual highlight of Graz's multicultural calendar.
