The conference location is Resowi building, block C,
ground floor. The Resowi building runs along the North side of the Graz
university campus. The street address (but not the postal address) is Geidorfgürtel. For a map of
Graz including the conference location see accommodation.
Tuesday 6 April 2010: Arrival We recommend that you arrive in Graz on
Tuesday 6 April in the evening.
Wednesday 7 April 2010: Orientation
The aim of activities planned for this day is to help conference
participants orient themselves in
Graz.
The registration desk will open at 9 am. You will have time in
the morning to look around, meet other
conference participants and read the project summaries in the
conference handbook.
In the early afternoon, local NGOs and research groups will
present their aims and activities in a poster display. The posters
will remain on display throughout the conference.
You are invited to join us in a walking
tour
of central Graz to show
you some of
its sights and intercultural history.
In the evening, you are invited to the conference opening
ceremony and Mayor's reception, Graz town hall, Graz
main square (Rathaus, Hauptplatz).

The conference program will include a range of presentation and
exchange formats including keynotes, parallel sessions, poster sessions
and open-space plenary/workshops. International keynotes will
last 45 minutes
followed by 15 minutes for questions and discussion; local keynotes
will be shorter. Regular talks will
last 20 minutes
followed by 7 minutes for questions and discussion, and will be
presented in parallel
sessions of two simultaneous papers.
