Registration is now open. All active and
passive conference participants are asked to
register as soon as possible to facilitate planning (deadline: 15
March). Before registering, please read the following text carefully.
Attendance. We are
assuming that active conference participants
will attend the entire conference. We will publish a detailed program
as soon as all points are finalized. For preliminary information,
please click
here.
Lunch. We are assuming that
active participants will accept our lunch offer.
Lunch will include non-alcoholic drinks and a vegetarian option and
will be served in a restaurant in the conference venue "Resowi".
Lunch is a good opportunity to meet and talk with other conference
participants; value for money will be slightly better than competing
local restaurants. Passive participants are also welcome to buy lunch
tickets.
Closing ceremony and conference
dinner. A kind donation by
Brühl & Söhne enabled
us to reduce
the price to 15 Euros per person. That
covers food (with vegetarian options) and drinks (including wine).
Please attend!
Extras. All participants are
welcome to bring along extra people to the conference (including the
lunches and final dinner) and to buy extra copies of
the conference handbook (e.g. for your library). Please write any such
special requests in the box for this purpose at the end of the
registration form.
Changes. We regret that we do
not have time to process changes to your
registration. Please do not register until you are sure of all details.
Cash payment. Registration
includes a financial commitment.
Participation in the conference is
conditional upon full payment in
Euro cash at
the start of the
conference. You will pay only
for the items
that you select on the registration form. Please pay at the
registration desk in Resowi. In
exchange,
we will
give you the materials
that you ordered (the conference handbook; tickets for meals, concert,
final dinner), other conference materials including nametag, and a
personalized, signed receipt for refund or taxation purposes.
Cash machines. You can
withdraw
cash in Euros from Austrian automatic teller
machines (ATMs) if you have a bank card with a Maestro symbol (enter
your regular PIN). There are ATMs at Graz's airport and
main railway station. There are also three
banks close to the conference venue in
Heinrichstrasse (typical opening times:
about 8:00 - 12:30 and about 14:00 - 16:00
Monday to Thursday, about 8:00 - 14:00 Friday).
Sponsors. We thank our
sponsors for
making it possible to present
cAIR10 without a registration fee. Without their support we would
have
had to charge over 500 Euros per person!
